Biography

Anerio V. Altman, Esq. is the Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney at Lake Forest Bankruptcy. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Case Western University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2003, he was admitted to the California State Bar and the Central District of California. Subsequently, by 2005, he gained admission to the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California.

With an extensive background in bankruptcy law, Anerio has served as an attorney of record on over 900 Bankruptcy Cases throughout California under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the United States Code. He has appeared in numerous Bankruptcy Trials and Contested Matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court, and his expertise has been recognized in four published cases as of December 2012.

Anerio actively participates in various professional associations related to bankruptcy law. He sits on the board of the Orange County Bar Association Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Additionally, he is a member of the California Central District Rules Committee for the Bankruptcy Courts.

Since 2004, Anerio has been the owner of the law firm, providing his legal services in the field of bankruptcy law.
