Angelos Kaminaris

Angelos Kaminaris is historically known for his deep knowledge of the law and his expertise in civil and commercial litigation procedures and disputes. He has successfully handled numerous civil and commercial litigation cases, including, among others, shareholders and boardroom disputes, breach of contracts general trade customs and practices, product liability, tort, consumer cases, medical & pharmaceutical malpractice and unfair competition. He has significant experience in handling tax collection disputes and has litigated various high stake administrative cases before the competent courts, including the Greek Supreme Administrative Court.

Angelos has been actively involved in several real estate and construction projects involving the acquisition, construction, exploitation and use of real estate properties for a wide variety of purposes, such as commercial complexes, industrial units, large scale hotel resorts and tourist accommodation facilities. He also has significant experience in construction, sub-contracting and lease agreements.
