i have never met angie in person. we are on the opposite sides of an ongoing financing file, that has had a series of closings. angie acts for the borrowers. i act for the lender. our relationship has been phone and email.

I have only done one file with Angie acting for borrower, in a series of linked advances and closings. I don't have enough knowledge of her practice, but she was very competent and able in acting for her client.
