Biography

Mr. Pai, whose practice concentrates on civil litigation, first joined McCormick Barstow in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pai worked for several years in the healthcare field. Mr. Pai is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and U.S. District Courts, Eastern District of California. Mr. Pai has worked with Community Legal Services Clinic providing legal counseling to low income residents of Sacramento and represented clients with dissolution of marriage, bankruptcy proceedings and landlord-tenant disputes.
