Anju Jindal-Talib is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. She focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions, including the acquisition and financing of renewable energy projects, emerging technologies and venture capital matters, venture debt financing and general corporate governance issues. Anju handles matters across various industries, including renewable energy, technology, medical device, life sciences, manufacturing and retail.
