Ankush Israni focuses on commercial real estate and finance transactions. He represents clients in multimillion-dollar matters across the United States, including financing, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing of commercial real estate.

Ankush’s practice involves representing lenders, institutional investors, funds, datacenter companies, developers, and owner/operators in single-asset and portfolio transactions. He works with datacenter, industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hotel projects. His experience includes representing national banks, institutional fund lenders, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loan originators, and other financial institutions in acquisition, construction, and permanent loans, as well as preferred equity and mezzanine loans. Additionally, Ankush has experience in loan modifications and workouts.
