Most importantly, Ann is committed to providing personal and professional representation to individuals, homeowner associations, common interest developments, and other parties facing real estate law concerns such as landlord-tenant and neighborhood disputes. Ann is also well known for her advisory role to homeowner association property managers where it is her goal to settle issues without litigation whenever possible. She joined Carmel & Naccasha after practicing as a partner at Wilson & Wilson for more than 30 years, where she continues to counsel real estate clients in all matters relating to real property.

After growing up in Southern California, Ann moved to the Bay Area to study law at Santa Clara Univeristy. Her grandmother was the inspiration that put her on the path to pursue her career as an attorney. Ann worked in the San Fransisco Bay area until she and he husband, Denton, moved to San Luis Obispo. Outside of work, Ann enjoys hiking with her husband and her dog, lottie, and spending time with her two adult children Tyler and Alexandra.
