Ann F. Batterton: Attorney with Evensen Law Office

Biography

I’m originally from Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and my education has kept me closely connected to the Commonwealth. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky in 1995, then went on to receive my law degree from the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law in 1999. Since then, my practice has focused on injury-related cases, giving me a broad view of how these claims work from every angle. Over the course of my career, I’ve represented people who were hurt and needed help recovering after an accident, as well as defendants facing workers’ compensation, automobile accident, and other personal injury claims. That experience has shaped how I approach each case—carefully, practically, and with attention to what really matters to the client. I understand how stressful an injury can be, and I work to guide clients through the process with clear communication and steady advocacy.
