Biography

Anna Drynda is a Partner with the firm’s Transportation Litigation Group and an accomplished attorney specializing in all facets of pre-suit investigation, civil litigation, and insurance defense in New York and New Jersey. In her years of practice, Anna has successfully defended corporate and individual clients from general and vicarious liability claims and lawsuits arising in the transportation and automotive industry. Within the transportation industry, Anna’s broad spectrum of clients include dealerships, automobile manufacturers, trucking companies, loaner and fleet vehicles, armored vehicles, school buses, company vehicles, and leasing/rental companies in personal injury, uninsured motorist, no-fault, and PIP subrogation cases.

Anna’s talents in the legal field have often taken her to assisting clients and practice groups across multiple disciplines including premises liability, construction accident matters, coverage, and zoning and land use planning matters.

Anna’s approach to legal practice encompasses a pragmatic, client-centered and holistic methodology. She understands that each claim and case present a unique challenge requiring detailed investigation, assessment of the critical issues, and clear communication with her clients regarding the best resolution.

Anna is also one of the partners heading London Fischer’s Transportation Rapid Response Team, which is comprised of attorneys, investigators, and experts available to clients to respond on an immediate basis to accidents and catastrophic events.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Anna studied Finance and Economics at Pace University, Lubin School of Business, graduating Magna cum Laude. Her undergraduate degree in finance cultivated her appreciation for logical and multifaceted aspects of the law. She earned her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, where she was a staff member on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Anna’s appreciation of the practical, economic impacts of the litigation process help guide her success in the legal profession and as a Partner at London Fischer.

Prior to joining London Fischer, Anna served as a law clerk in Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey to the Hon. Peter E. Doyne, A.J.S.C. and to the Hon. Susan J. Steele, J.S.C.

In addition to her thriving legal career, Anna dedicates her time to making a positive impact in her community by volunteering annually in the London Fischer Habitat for Humanity, Women Build Project. Through this initiative, Anna contributes to the rehabilitation of homes sold to low-income, first-time buyers, exemplifying her commitment to both her clients and the broader community.

Anna also is fluent in Russian, enabling her to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse range of clients.
