Biography

Anna is a trial lawyer at Preszler Law’s Toronto office. She handles complex personal injury claims, with particular focus on sexual assault matters.

Anna began her practice in 2008 as a civil litigator in Vancouver, British Columbia, with one of the most pre-eminent law firms in the country. She then spent over 16 years as defence counsel for a major insurer, handling complex personal injury matters before all levels of court in B.C. This brings a unique insight into Anna’s personal injury practice at Preszler.

With her extensive experience with all types of personal injury claims, including catastrophic matters such as traumatic brain injury, paralysis, as well as complicated psychiatric injuries, Anna is confident in handling any complex claim from start to finish. Anna is fluent in German and Swiss-German and has conversational knowledge of French.

Anna is licensed to practice in Ontario and British Columbia.

In her spare time, Anna likes to go hiking and cooking with her family.
