Biography

Anna Ludwick is an Associate in Margolis Edelstein’s Employment and Labor Law group. Her practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and Fair Labor Standards claims. She also counsels employers on matters such as employment policies and handbooks, employment contracts, and other employment issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna served as law clerk to the Honorable Aimee R. Belgard, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division, serving the New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington County. She also is trained as a court mediator and assisted parties with settlement of Special Civil and Landlord Tenant disputes.

Anna earned her law degree from Delaware Law School. During law school, Anna was a DEI student council representative and graduated with Pro Bono distinction. Anna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from George Mason University and was a four-year Division I student-athlete on the women’s soccer team.
