Anna S. Kozak

Anna Kozak is a passionate advocate for workers’ rights and a personal employment attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Detroit office. She earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and holds a Master’s degree in American Government and Politics, where her graduate research focused on the structural barriers that limit equity and participation for marginalized communities. Anna began her legal career on the defense side but soon transitioned to representing individuals, aligning her work with her core belief in accountability and justice.

With a focus on discrimination, retaliation, ERISA violations, and other workplace misconduct, Anna has built a reputation for standing up to major corporations and institutional employers. She has successfully challenged Fortune 500 companies in cases involving systemic workplace violations, negotiating impactful settlements and pressing forward with claims that confront entrenched power structures. Her deep understanding of both sides of employment law allows her to build powerful, strategic cases on behalf of her clients.
