Anna Jewart is an associate in the Public Sector Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Energy and Natural Resources, and Data Center Development groups of Babst Calland. Ms. Jewart’s practice focuses on municipal and land use law in both the private and public sectors. she assists private clients in navigating zoning and other land use processes across Pennsylvania. In particular, Ms. Jewart specializes in renewable energy development, data center development, and similar industries. In addition, Ms. Jewart represents public clients in municipal solicitorship and special counsel roles.

Representative Land Use and Zoning Experience

Represented developer as sole counsel of record in receipt of zoning approval for 265 MW solar project on mine land in highly contentious and publicized proceedings. Zoning approval was received, and the project is proceeding through the permitting process. Continues to provide assistance with land development and other entitlements.Represented developer as co-land use counsel in receipt of zoning approval for 80 MW data center project in highly contentious and publicized. Zoning approval was received, and the project is proceeding through the permitting process. Continues to provide assistance with land development and other entitlements.Represented developer as sole counsel in receipt of zoning approval for 65 MW Solar and 80 MW Battery Energy Storage.
