Biography

Annie is a member of the Land Use and Zoning practice group where she represents real estate owners, developers, retailers and other commercial and not-for-profit clients in a variety of land use applications.

Annie has been with the firm since 2017, prior to which she worked as a town planner in Connecticut drafting zoning regulations, comprehensive plans and redevelopment studies.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

• Annie assisted in the approval of an affordable housing development in downtown White Plains that will provide 123 affordable rental and for-sale units to an underserved population.

• Annie assisted with the rezoning and approvals for solar parking canopies over a large commercial parking lot in White Plains. This exciting project will generate approximately 4,117.94 kW DC and 3,375 kw AC in renewable energy, while avoiding impacts to open space.
