Biography

Anne is a member of DSMW's employment law group. Prior to attending law school, Anne worked in Human Resources for a large corporation, acquiring hands-on experience in day-to-day HR activities including investigating complaints of sexual harassment and discrimination, preparing positions statements for employers in response to complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State agencies, analyzing wage and hour requirements, and advising personnel on appropriate workplace conduct. Anne has also been employed in management positions where she was responsible for hiring, employee training and compliance, counseling and progressive discipline, as well as termination of employment. As an attorney, Anne focuses on the transactional and litigation components of employment law.
