Biography

Anne Dieruf has dedicated her entire career to battling large corporations on behalf of injured consumers and their families, specializing in injuries caused by automotive accidents and consumer product defects. She has over fifteen years of trial law experience handling and favorably resolving complex product liability cases in state and federal courts across the country. Anne sits on the Board of Directors of the Attorney’s Information Exchange Group, a nationwide group of product liability attorneys committed to fighting for consumer rights and enforcing corporate accountability. Anne takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level and skillfully guides them step-by-step through the legal process with openness, compassion, and caring.

Our Denver personal injury attorney is admitted to the State Bars of Colorado and Washington. She is a member of numerous legal consumer protection organizations, including the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Attorneys Information Exchange Group (AIEG), and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA). She is regularly invited to lecture at product liability seminars across the country and has been named numerous times as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in both Washington and Colorado.

A Montana native, Anne graduated with honors from Montana State University in 1999. There she was recognized by the MSU Alumni Association and Bozeman Chamber of Commerce with the Award for Excellence for outstanding academic and community work. She also received the MSU Goetz Award, given to the top graduate in the department of political science. Anne attended law school at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, Washington, where she graduated with honors in 2003.

Anne lives in Denver with her husband and twin daughters, with whom she loves to travel and enjoy all that the beautiful Colorado Rockies have to offer, including skiing, camping, mountain biking, and hiking. She is also the Co-Founder of the Cody Dieruf Benefit Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial and emotional support to children and young adults in the Mountain West living with the genetic disease Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Anne actively seeks to raise awareness of CF through the Foundation, which was established in honor of her sister-in-law, Cody, who lost her courageous battle with CF at the age of 23.
