Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Anne served as a Judicial Clerk for Director/Chief Judge Paul A. Kapalko, Division of Workers’ Compensation for the State of New Jersey and a Judicial Intern for the Office of the Governor, Governor Christine Todd Whitman, US Attorney Office.
