Biography

Annie is a member of the firm’s Casualty Department, where she is primarily focused on representing clients in matters involving construction injury litigation, automobile litigation, trucking and transportation litigation, and fraud investigation.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Annie was an associate at a New York firm where she developed experience litigating all aspects of insurance defense, premises liability, dental & medical malpractice, and automobile liability. Her experience includes defending clients against claims involving fraudulent and staged accidents.

Annie began her legal career as an associate attorney at boutique civil litigation practice, managing plaintiff-sided litigation across various practice areas, including personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, construction & labor law, nursing home negligence, and police brutality.

Annie was raised in Washington State, before attending Pace University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Peace & Justice Studies. She then attended New York Law School, receiving her juris doctor in 2020.

Annie is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
