Annissa M. Yost is a Partner in the firm's Orlando office. With nearly twenty years of experience, Ms. Yost brings a unique perspective to the Cole, Scott & Kissane family. She began her career as a prosecutor in Orange and Osceola County for ten years before joining the the firm in 2017. Her background translates into a wealth of investigative skills that Ms. Yost brings to her bodily injury cases. She specializes in large trucking accidents, premises liability and general liability claims. Ms. Yost helps clients solve their most complex and challenging legal problems.

Client engagement is central to successful defense litigation, and Ms. Yost is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. She takes the time to truly involve the client, incorporate their goals, concerns, and values.
