AnnMarie Jenkinson

AnnMarie Jenkinson is the founder and sole owner of Jenkinson Legal, PLLC, bringing a background rooted in Florida education, leadership, and years of litigation experience. She attended Bishop Moore High School in Orlando and graduated cum laude from Rollins College in Winter Park in 2005. In 2006, she began law school at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she combined academic success with practical training. AnnMarie served as President of the St. Thomas More Society, reflecting a strong commitment to ethics and professionalism. She earned high honors in Healthcare Law and Trial Advocacy and also participated in the Barry University Children and Families Legal Clinic. She represented dependent children under a licensed attorney’s supervision—an experience that helped shape her dedication to advocacy. In 2007, she joined a personal injury firm as a legal intern and, after passing the Florida Bar in 2009, was promoted to associate attorney. In 2010, she shifted her focus to family law, where she gained substantial trial experience and handled cases involving divorce (contested and uncontested), domestic violence injunctions, child support, alimony, paternity, time-sharing, relocation, dependency, and modifications. She advanced to Senior Associate before launching Jenkinson Legal, PLLC in 2015. AnnMarie was featured in Orlando Style Magazine as Orlando’s Legal Elite (2014), is a member of The Florida Bar, and is an Associate Member of the Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court.
