Anthony Bagnuola

Mr. Bagnuola received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in 2008, and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. John's University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, Mr. Bagnuola served as a Senior Staff Member of the St. John's Law Review, and his article, "Show Me the Money: State v. Western Union Financial Services and the Jurisdictional Significance of Electronic Debts," was published in the journal's Spring 2011 edition. Additionally, while at St. John's Mr. Bagnuola was the recipient of CALI Awards for academic achievement in the subjects of Legal Research & Writing, Advanced Writing for Civil Practice, Pre-Trial Advocacy, Torts, Civil Rights Litigation, Criminal Law, and Entertainment Law.

Prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger, Mr. Bagnuola was an associate at a New York City law firm where he represented corporate clients, particularly insurance companies and their insureds, in complex commercial litigation, including environmental, mass tort, and products liability coverage matters. He has also served as a judicial intern in the Chambers of three federal judges, including the Honorable Joseph M. McLaughin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Bagnuola is admitted to practice in the courts of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
