Biography

Anthony (Tony) D. Giannascoli has focused his practice primarily in the areas of general business and commercial law, banking law, real estate law, and tax law. He has an extensive background in all types of corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, drafting and negotiating commercial loan documentation, commercial loan collection and workout, tax and estate planning, real estate development and financing, and business and real estate sale and acquisition transactions.

Tony has represented numerous small and mid-sized businesses and business owners throughout his legal career, from single member LLCs to clients with up to 250 employees. He has also represented numerous regional banks and financial institutions.

Tony also handles Tax Foreclosures, from the initial title search to judgment to taking title to resale.
