Biography

After graduating First in his Class in 1990 from Duke Law with Highest Honors, and clerking for the late Judge Murnaghan, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, serving as Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Law, and a stint as a transactional securities and finance lawyer, Tony Taibi decided to return to North Carolina and for over twenty years has focused his career on fighting for the rights of individuals through civil litigation.
