Biography

Anthony DeStefano is a Partner in the firm. Since joining MLN in 2003, Mr. DeStefano has handled numerous appeals on a broad range of issues. He currently concentrates his area of practice on New York Labor Law and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. DeStefano is often called upon by major insurance companies and other attorneys for his vast expertise in both of these areas. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeStefano was a financial underwriter with United HealthCare Insurance Company. He is also a former associate of Ahmuty, Demers & McManus, where he worked in the insurance coverage litigation department. Mr. DeStefano is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, including its Appellate Practice Committee. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of New York, as well as the United States District Court in the Eastern and Southern districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals
