Anthony L. Marone, Esq., is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of specialized experience in estate planning, Medicaid planning, and special needs trusts. Highly respected for his advocacy on behalf of elderly and disabled individuals in Pennsylvania, Mr. Marone is known for his depth of legal acumen in designing, administering, and modifying trusts to safeguard public benefits and improve quality of life for his clients. He collaborates closely with families to provide tailored solutions that meet rigorous state and federal requirements, and he serves as a trusted advisor to trustees, offering representation for fiduciary matters, court approvals, and trust-related disputes. Earlier in his career, Mr. Marone served as Assistant Counsel to the Governor of Pennsylvania, advising the Department of Human Services and handling complex issues related to Medical Assistance and special needs trusts.
