Biography

Anthony Michael Genova is a Partner in the firm's Fort Myers office. Before moving to Florida and joining the firm in December of 2020, he began his career as an attorney in New York in May of 2013. While practicing in New York, Mr. Genova obtained extensive experience in all areas of personal injury cases. He has been both a plaintiff's attorney and defense attorney. This provides him with a unique perspective into how he approaches each case because it helps him anticipate the strategies and tactics that his adversaries seek to use.

Mr. Genova has obtained valuable trial experience while in New York. So far, he has taken over 20 verdicts. he firmly believes that true success can only be obtained through preparation, hard work and dedication. By applying this type of work ethic, he is committed to do his very best for each one of his clients here in Florida.

Mr. Genova earned his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Law from SUNY Binghamton, cum laude, in 2009 and a J.D. from Touro Law Center, cum laude, in 2012. While at Touro Law Center, he was chosen to be part of the Honors Program and earned the CALI award for excellence in Trial Practice.
