Biography

Anthony Melchiorre is the owner of Absolute Law, PA, and a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida. After graduating from Fort Myers High School, he attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned his degree in Legal Studies a year early. He then pursued his law degree at the University of Miami School of Law. Anthony began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive courtroom experience, handling numerous jury and bench trials across a variety of criminal cases.

After his time as an Assistant State Attorney, Anthony returned to Fort Myers to lead Absolute Law. His background as a prosecutor provided him with invaluable trial experience, which he now applies in his private practice. Anthony handles a broad range of cases, including criminal defense, civil litigation, contract disputes, and business law matters. Dedicated to building strong relationships with his clients, he is committed to aggressively defending their rights and securing favorable outcomes. Anthony is proud to be serving his hometown community and is passionate about giving back and making a positive impact.
