Anthony P. Beltrami

Anthony P. Beltrami (“Sonny”) is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Estate Planning & Administration of Estates & Trusts and Corporate, Business & Banking Groups. His practice primarily focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation and business succession planning.

Mr. Beltrami assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. He regularly handles estate and trust administrations, advising Executors and Trustees throughout all stages of the administration.

In addition, Mr. Beltrami assists high net worth clients with advanced estate, gift and generation-skipping tax planning, including the preparation of Irrevocable Trusts and the gifting and transfer of assets, including closely-held business interests.

Mr. Beltrami regularly represents business owners by preparing buy-sell and other ownership agreements, facilitating the transfer or sale of businesses to family members or key employees and assisting with corporate governance. His practice also includes charitable planning, and he helps clients form nonprofit entities and secure tax-exempt status for those entities.
