Biography

Anthony P. Guettler is the managing partner of Gould Cooksey Fennell and a co-chair of its estate planning and tax group. He is board certified in Wills, Trust and Estates and focuses his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, representing individuals and families with significant wealth, owners of closely held businesses, and private foundations. Anthony is an active member of the Florida Bar and serves as chair of the Florida Bar Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Committee. Anthony maintains an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, and is a Florida Super Lawyer. Anthony is grateful for the opportunity to live in Vero Beach with his family. He serves on Indian River Community Foundation’s Board of Directors and is an active member of other local charities.
