Biography

Anthony R. Ager practices in the areas of plaintiffs' personal injury, landlord tenant law, commercial litigation and both gaming and non-gaming collections. Mr. Ager has represented a wide variety of personal injury claimants in catastrophic and less-severe injury cases. His landlord tenant practice includes representing commercial landlords in eviction proceedings and counseling landlords on resolving disputes with tenants. As a commercial litigator, Mr. Ager represents businesses in Nevada's state and federal courts. Mr. Ager draws on his extensive experience in gaming and non-gaming collections to assist clients in collecting on judgments in all of his practice areas.
