Antonisha Baker

Attorney Antonisha Lyniece Baker is dedicated to helping creatives build secure and legal foundations for their passions. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, entertainment, and business transactions, with an adeptly focused emphasis on trademark and fashion law. Antonisha has extensive experience in filing federal copyright and trademark applications, forming business entities, and drafting agreements related to entertainment and intellectual property.

Licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to the U.S. Federal Court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Antonisha believes strongly in client education, aiming to empower creatives to market their ideas and talents effectively. Her dedication to education stems from her academic roles, including Assistant Director of Experiential and Professional Development at Ave Maria School of Law and facilitator of Business Communications courses at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Antonisha graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business with a B.S. in Business Management and earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. She has served as in-house counsel for Brand Institute Inc., where she was the youngest Trademark Attorney, and has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 National Black Lawyer and a Lawyer of Distinction.
