Anya M. Witmer is an attorney and Phoenix native specializing in estate planning and probate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University and is a former NALA Certified Paralegal. Anya earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law, where she received an Academic Excellence Award for her research on Cryptocurrency in Estate Planning and Probate. During law school, she gained hands-on experience through a clinical internship with the California Innocence Project and an externship with the Probate Lawyers Assistance Project, further honing her commitment to client advocacy and community engagement. Anya is dedicated to providing clients with peace of mind, focusing on collaborative planning tailored to each client’s unique needs and intentions. She is an active member of WealthCounsel, the State Bar of Arizona Probate & Trust Section, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. In her free time, Anya enjoys family life with her husband, newborn, and their goldendoodle.
