Biography

April Rembis is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Her areas of practice include all aspects of insurance and general liability defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, automobile liability, security negligence and insurance coverage. Ms. Rembis attended the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Upon graduating, she began her legal studies at Barry University. While in law school, Ms. Rembis was member of the Mock Trial team and President of Legal Advocates for Citizens with Disabilities.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Rembis worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando where she tried multiple felony and misdemeanor cases.. Ms. Rembis is also the the Treasurer for the Osceola County Bar Association.
