Biography

Ms. Malak is a Principal that co-manages a litigation team in the Mt. Clemens office. Ms. Malak focuses her practice on civil litigation matters including complex first-party automotive claims, Michigan Assigned Claims and general negligence. Ms. Malak has no-fault trial experience in both circuit court and district court.

Ms. Malak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Oakland University, graduating with honors and her juris doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Malak became a certified civil mediator and participated in externships focused on complex commercial defense. Ms. Malak has served as a consultant for section 501(c)(3) non-profits organizations focusing on domestic violence aid, juvenile law, and animal advocacy. Ms. Malak also serves as a defense arbitrator in Metro Detroit.

Ms. Malak is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
