Biography

Mr. Bullard has more than 22 years of actual trial experience in private practice and as an Assistant District Attorney for the First Judicial District of Mississippi (1996-2011). While an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Bullard served as the President of the Mississippi Prosecutors Association.

Mr. Bullard has also served as a law clerk for Chief Judge L. Y. Senter, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi (1993-1996).

Mr. Bullard has also been active in various community organizations, including Alcorn County United Way (Board Member); Corinth Area Arts Council (President); Corinth Rotary (President); Survival, Inc. (Board Member); and C.A.R.E (Board Member).
