Biography

Ariana Politis is an associate with the firm and concentrates her efforts in civil litigation defense. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, with a concentration in Political Science, from CUNY Queens College in 2014. Ariana received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, and she was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2017. In 2018, she was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ariana is also an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced in a boutique Garden City law firm where she focused on medical malpractice defense and personal injury matters.

Ariana also has a passion for constitutional law. Her article, “The Constitutionality of Setting Bail Without Regard to Income: Securing Justice or Social Injustice?” will be published in the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review’s Spring 2019 publication. She is also a member of the Goldwater Institute’s American Freedom Network, wherein she performs pro bono work involving free speech issues and taxpayer representation issues.
