Biography

Arissa Irene Cannella is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. Her primary practice areas include premises liability and vehicle negligence. Ms. Cannella graduated from the University of Florida where she majored in Business Administration. After obtaining her Bachelor's degree, she earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.

In law school, Ms. Cannella was an Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review, the Managing Editor for the Stetson Business Law Review, and a member of the Honors Program. She received the highest grade designation in Trusts and Estates, Employment Discrimination, Negotiation and Mediation, and Business Entities. Ms. Cannella was also a Judicial Extern for Judge Tuite in the Middle District of Florida, an extern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and an intern for Chief Judge Ficarrotta in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court. She also received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award for completing 285 hours of pro bono work during her time at Stetson.
