Mr. Spellun received his B.A. degree from Michigan State University in 1952 and graduated from Yale Law School in 1955.

His practice covers a full range of real estate activities including the development of commercial real estate and multi-family housing, real estate finance, zoning and land use, leasing, contracting and construction litigation.

Mr. Spellun's work also includes business formation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.
