Arshia Aboonabi

Arshia is an Associate in the Corporate Finance and Securities Group. He practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial matters.Arshia obtained his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, as well as his Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. Prior to joining Farris, Arshia summered and articled at a national firm.
