Biography

Mr. Povelones concentrates his practice on the handling of complex insurance coverage matters of all types, principally on behalf of insurance companies. He has substantial experience litigating coverage disputes at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. He also reviews and analyzes coverage issues as requested by clients. In addition, Mr. Povelones has experience in general civil litigation defense at the trial and appellate levels.
