Biography

Art serves as a partner at SiebenCarey, managing the firm's office in Lakeville, Minnesota - one of the fastest growing regions in the Twin Cities metro area. He is actively involved in Distracted Driving Education Campaigns both locally and nationally, having spoken to thousands regarding the dangers involved.

Art is a Senior Certified Senior Civil Trial Law Specialist and his expert insight and proficiency in the courtroom has helped him recover fair compensation for many of his clients who have suffered accidental injury. For example, he won a jury verdict and collected $9 million for a young boy who was paralyzed in a tragic sledding accident. This jury decision remains one of the largest in Minnesota history.

Art holds a seat on the Million Dollar Roundtable, recognition given only to lawyers who have won million-dollar-plus verdicts. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a national merit organization consisting of the most accomplished attorneys in America. Art is a member of the American Association for Justice Leader's Forum and is a Presidential Appointee on the Association's Trial Lawyer Care Task Force.

Art has been recognized as one of the leading personal injury and wrongful death lawyers in the state. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer honoree every year since 1998 and has also been named a Leading Minnesota Attorney by the American Research Corporation. Most recently, Art was named to the 2018 Edition of Best Lawyers in America, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Inclusion on this list shows that an attorney is respected by his or her peers for professional success.

Art enjoys working with clients on complex matters and has worked on cases involving serious personal injuries (brain injuries and spinal cord injuries), as well as automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents and wrongful death claims.
