Biography

Arthur D. Martinucci represents public and private sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including civil rights, wrongful termination, workplace harassment and discrimination, hostile work environment, and breach of contract cases. His clients include municipal governments and authorities, school districts, police departments, private and publicly traded corporations, religious organizations, insurance companies, and individuals.

Art has successfully litigated employment cases in both state and federal courts and regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Erie County Human Relations Commission. He guides clients through the collective bargaining process, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and unfair labor practice matters. Art has defended various public entities and their employees against claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and alleged violations of constitutional and civil rights under 42 U.S.C. §§1981 and 1983-1988.

Art also provides counsel on workplace policies and compliance. He advises employers on contract negotiations and the development of personnel handbooks.

Additionally, Art handles commercial litigation matters, contract disputes, personal injury claims, and insurance bad faith matters. He also serves as a mediator and neutral evaluator in employment, commercial, and civil rights cases, assisting parties in resolving disputes effectively.
