Biography

Arthur Bugay is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience representing clients in federal and state courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before founding Bugay Law Firm in June 2023, he served as a senior partner at a major personal injury firm and as a partner at a civil rights and environmental law practice. Known for strong courtroom and appellate advocacy, Arthur is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy and earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy in 2000. He has also taught Products Liability at Temple University Beasley School of Law. His work has produced numerous million- and multi-million-dollar recoveries, and he is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 2010 and holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV Preeminent rating. Arthur focuses on serious injury and wrongful death matters, including defective products, construction accidents, trucking crashes, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, unsafe property claims, and environmental contamination, including Camp Lejeune cases, always with a direct, accessible approach to client service.
