Biography

Ashanti is a new attorney that has gained a vast amount of unique legal experience. Prior to starting law school, she completed her undergraduate school’s student police academy. She trained with the Virginia Tech Police Department as well as the Virginia Tech SWAT team. Afterwards she secured an internship with her local Sheriff’s Department. She learned and witnessed the ins and outs of the legal system firsthand. During law school she completed various internships and clerkships gaining experience in family, criminal, and corporate law. Ashanti is an enthusiastic and diligent litigator with a focus in business litigation and personal injury.

She is currently admitted to practice law in Texas.

Ashanti received her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, NC in 2021 and her undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA in 2019.

Ashanti was a Presidential Campus Enrichment Grant Recipient all four years at Virginia Tech. Today, Ashanti applies her unyielding work-ethic, passion, and skill to deliver creative solutions for clients. She thrives in the presence of adversity and believes that life is about overcoming challenges whether they are inside or outside the courtroom.

On a personal note, Ashanti loves cooking and trying out new recipes.
