Biography

Asher Lovitz is an Associate in the firm’s Wilmington office and concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation and general liability. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Asher served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey J Clark in the Superior Court of Delaware. Asher earned his law degree from Delaware Law School where he served as the Web-Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and authored a published case summary for an unreported Court of Chancery opinion. Asher also participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and Judicial Externship Program, where he served as an extern for the Honorable Danielle J. Brennan in the Superior Court of Delaware. Before attending law school, Asher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology. During his undergraduate studies, Asher completed a summer internship with the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office.
