Biography

Ashlei joined the firm in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s corporate business practice and real estate departments. She is originally from Long Island, NY, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Adelphi University. She then moved to western Massachusetts to pursue her J.D. at Western New England University School of Law, which she earned with a transactional law practice concentration.

During her time in law school, Ashlei was a CALI Award recipient, participated in the Real Estate Practicum Clinic, served as a research and teaching assistant, and clerked for Judge Robert G. Fields in the Western Housing Court.

Before attending law school, she worked as a Project Assistant in the Loan Operations Department of a New York bank with branches spanning from Montauk to Manhattan, an experience that inspired her to pursue a legal career.

Ashlei focuses her practice on corporate formation and governance, as well as other corporate transactions, in addition to handling commercial and residential real estate transactions and leases. She is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
