Biography

Ashley A. Tinsley is an associate with Johnson Jackson LLC, practicing management-side labor and employment law in both the private and public sectors. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Ashley served as an article editor for the Florida State University Law Review and was a member of the Florida State College of Law Moot Court Team. Additionally, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Mark E. Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and attended the Florida State University Law Conference at Oxford University. She received book awards in English Legal History, Comparative Contract Law, Family Law, and Judicial Externship Perspectives. Following law school, Ashley was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ashley has also written articles for The Checkoff and The Lawyer magazines. Ashley is a member of the Florida Bar, the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, and the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Ashley is admitted to practice in Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
