A native of Texas, Ashley Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Ashley honed her legal research and writing skills as a writer for The Scholar Law Review.

Before joining Fields Law, Ashley garnered valuable litigation experience practicing within the area of Financial Services law. Drawing on her prior experience, Ashley provides clients with practical and efficient solutions to their Consumer Rights legal issues.
