Biography

Ashley E. Ahearn is a Partner in the firm's Miami office where she devotes most of her practice to a broad spectrum of construction and complex civil litigation matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Ahearn earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami where she was a double major in Economics and Anthropology. She also earned her master's degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami with a focus in copyright and trademark Law. During her final year of law school, she served as a President of Equity Playhouse.

Before becoming an associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Ahearn owned her own immigration law firm where she focused on family-based petitions as well as investor visas.
