Biography

Ashley Pappas joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in February 2018. Ms. Pappas handles matters in the firm’s general liability practice, focusing on the defense of lawsuits involving Labor Law, premises liability, property defect and automobile liability.

Ms. Pappas obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University in 2012, with a major in Legal Studies and minor in Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2015.

Prior to joining Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP, Ms. Pappas worked at a large plaintiff’s personal injury firm, practicing in the area of Labor Law and premises liability. Ms. Pappas also managed multiple appeals in the area of premises liability, labor law, and automobile accidents.

In addition to her admission to the New York State bar, Ms. Pappas is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Outside of legal practice, Ms. Pappas enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her beloved dog.
